At OBXNation, we value worship. We value the time in each Sunday service where we allow our heart, the very core of who we are, to connect with God. Worship is all about giving our lives (again) to God. It is not about the feelings we receive when we worship. It is not about convincing God to bless us. It's not even about bringing Him a list of things we need. It is not about the music or the even the words. Worship is not about us at all. It's all about Him. It's about entering His gates with thanksgiving and praise; loving Him for WHO He is, not what He does. Life can be, at times, painful and hectic. We don't want you to come to our services pretending you're doing wonderful and life is grand, if it's not. We do invite you to come as you are... broken, weak, tired, whatever the case may be... and as you look to Jesus, allow your response to be... worship.
